Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
• Returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping, which will be deducted from store credit.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.
• Items with makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.
• Final sale items include swimsuits, accessories, and sale items.
• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within two business days. We’ll work with you to find the best solution and make sure you’re taken care of.
What if my order is missing an item or is incorrect?
If there’s ever a mix-up with your order, contact us right away. We’ll make it right with store credit or a replacement.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For ready-to-ship items, we typically process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders have their own estimated ship dates listed on the product page.
What if my package is lost or damaged in the mail?
Once your order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend double-checking your shipping address and contacting the carrier if any issues arise.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!

Can I change my order after it's submitted?
