At Happy Girl Avenue, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we issue store credit only for eligible returns.

Return Shipping Cost

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit once your return is processed.

To qualify for store credit:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and will not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Returned items must be free of:

• Any visible signs of wear

Please carefully inspect your items before sending them back.

Return Window

All eligible items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Returns received outside this window may be denied.
